Provision of equipment and asset management system based on IBM-Maximo platform including site survey, procedure analysis, function development, data acquisition, mobile application development, hardware deployment and user training.

Chemical cleaning:
Procurement and supply of chemicals, test kits, chemical preparation, passivation, chemical cleaning, etc. Preparation of temporary circuits, arrangement of pumps, piping, valves, and tanks etc. for the chemical cleaning and passivation. Arrangement of demineralized water and air, etc. Monitoring the chemical cleaning operation at site.

Leak testing:
Providing marked-up P & ID’s indicating test pack boundary limits, provision of isolation valve list / critical valve list, preparation of test packs, tagging, injection point, monitoring point, line walking, introduction of N2He gas into system, perform probing to check for any potential leak points, leak description report, rectification of leak points and handover of test package dossier

26 MW Diesel Power Generators Repair and Commissioning for Copper Mining Plant in Boshakol, Kazakhstan

Maintenance of 13 nos. of generators: Inspect, identify the defects, supply of spares, commissioning, parallel operation, continuous trial run for 72 hours, test the auto restart of each generator, operation and maintenance of 13 nos. of diesel generators for 12 months.
